Summer is Almost Over

Busy
Just got back from West Virginia. I was shooting and working on my new documentary. Jennifer Has been doing well. It won the Tennessee Independent Spirit Award at the Nashville Film Festival and has it's national broadcast premiere on PBS September 22nd.
WIN AT BIG SKY
Jennifer won best MiniDoc at The Big Sky Film Festival! Awesome! I had a great time at the fest and saw a ton of amazing films. Thanks Big Sky! In other news, I'm working on a new feature length doc! Stay tuned
Looking Towards the Future
I have just moved back to beautiful Tennessee where I am working for my dad. I have been trying to figure out what to do next. Come on down and holler at me if you happen to find yourself in Tullahoma, until then I'll be sending my resume about the country. Love.
Fortnight Film Project
I am super excited about a new project called "The Fortnight Film Project". Every two weeks a group of friends rounds up to write and produce a short film in a couple hours. It's a way to workshop ideas and practice the craft. Check it out here
Mother
On August 20th my mother passed away. She had been battling cancer for many years. I have taken a semester of school to be with my father and brother. I am working on a film about her that will act as my thesis project for film school. You can check on that here
Summer Nights
Thanks to all those people who made Diorama-rama such a wonderful success! We will be posting photos from the event shortly and Chris Drummond is making a small video for gohomefatboy. Also, In The Glow will be playing at the Southern Winds festival In Oklahoma in September and will also be traveling with the Rural Route Film Festival Package. Now go outside and party!
